Brian recently helped us both sell our old house, and purchase our new one. In both cases, he more than exceeded all expectations and made the extremely cumbersome process of moving out and moving in as seamless as possible. What struck me most was Brian's diligent and meticulous work ethic. He is available, quite literally, day and night -- emails / phone calls were often exchanged at midnight and beyond. Where other brokers would consider their job done, Brian adds an attention to detail and care to ensure we understand the plethora of information in the mountain of paperwork presented to us and his more experienced eyes make sure nothing falls through the cracks (e.g. our money). I was further impressed by Brian's honesty and fierce dedication to putting our interests -- as both buyer and seller -- first, even if it meant less to his bottom line. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Brian was always there for us (especially my wife) as a comforting and positive voice in what had to be one of the most stressful times in our life; having to sell our house and find a new one in a very competitive market / neighborhood within a small window of time. Needless to say, we were successful selling our house and closed on our new home precisely on the day we had to vacate our old home. It was most certainly down to the wire, but Brian got it done. We cannot thank him enough. If you are in need of a broker to either buy or sell your home, you would be hard pressed to find one better than Brian. In fact, we were introduced to him through one of his previous clients who told us, "He's absolutely amazing. He won't stop until your deal is done." I was very skeptical but after our first meeting it was clear that statement was 100% accurate. I will close this review reiterating the sentiments of our mutual friend: Brian is absolutely amazing. He won't stop until your deal is done.
